Brazilian police have some truly disturbing ways of apprehending alleged criminals. Yesterday we saw a video of an alleged criminal who was handcuffed after being shot to death, and today here’s a video of alleged criminal who was shot because he was fleeing from police and as he was dying on the street, they tied his feet up with a rope.
As was the case yesterday, this video too is from Rio de Janeiro. There has been no clarification as to why the alleged criminal was trying to evade police. He was shot in the lower back, possibly in kidney. I’d say he’s definitely a goner. He was for sure not going anywhere. Tying him up with the rope had no real purpose other than to feed the cops’ ego.
