Hand Chopped Off with Machete During Argument

Here’s the brutal result of a fight that broke out in a neighborhood of Parnaíba, state of Piauí, Brazil. Apparently, the two men involved were old rivals and one had had enough, initiating an argument and then taking to hacking off the other man’s hand. It just barely manages to hang off the wrist by a thin strip of flesh. Look at that. The victim’s name has not been released but he received treatment and is recovering. The funny thing is that, despite having a history with each other and the incident occurring in the middle of the street in broad daylight, the assailant remains unidentified and has eluded custody. Perhaps we shall see some Brazilian street justice for this man at a later date.

Could be the set up for a B movie. He replaces the stump of his hand with the blade of a machete and deals out vigilante justice by night.
