I could listen to this video on repeat whole day. I don’t understand a single word of what the announcer says, but he sounds so passionate and so into it, the awesomeness just pours out of the speakers. The only comparable thing are South American commentators covering football during a score.
This video appears to be a live aerial coverage of a police chase. A criminal of sorts (car thief?) driving a white coupe with black panoramic roof is chased by several police cars when he loses his footing and crashes into a concrete wall on the side of the road. The wall is tall and has barb wire on top of it so I wonder if there’s prison on the other side of it.
What caused the car to lose control and run into the wall is not clear as it happened behind a building. The crash clearly deployed the car’s airbags and also knocked the driver out. His foot stayed on the gas pedal for another while, but he clearly could no longer focus on driving.
Cop falling on his ass at 0:34 is kind of funny. Slight police brutality toward the barely conscious thief was excessive, but at least they did not riddle him senseless with bullets like they would in ‘Murica.
