Cops Driving Through Favela in Patrol Car Take Fire, Film Their Own Death

The video shows two police officers in a patrol car doing a routine check up on a favela in Rio de Janeiro when they took fire from an assault rifle, possibly an AK-47. The cop who was driving was filming the scene in order to get anything suspicious on camera. By doing that, he ended up filming their own deaths.

Those shots came out of nowhere. A sniper in hiding prepared for them and executed his mission very well. Weird that they would send them to patrol an area known for groups armed with assault rifles in a vehicle not equipped with bulletproof glass. What could possibly go wrong?
