Video from the state of Espírito Santo in Brazil shows a plain clothes policeman responding to an assault he had observed off duty while riding his motorcycle. The assailant tried to flee on foot (wearing flip flops) but the policeman had an advantage of being on the motorcycle and soon was right on him.
A taxi driver who witnessed the assailant fleeing tried to help the policeman with a flying kick. It didn’t quite work out the way he would have wished, I don’t think. He gets “A” for effort, though.
Robbers in Brazil are lucky cops there are so mellow. He would have been long dead if this happened in America or Canada.
