This happened in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Apparently the driver who cause the disaster was Korean. No info as to the sex, but Korean female drivers are skilled at pinning pedestrians.
Three women were mowed down by a black passenger vehicle near zebra crossing. Two are laid on top of each other and appear conscious, but not moving – as if paralyzed. The third got the worst of it – she was pinned against a concrete post and had both her legs crushed beyond repair. Toward the end of the video the woman is being loaded onto a stretched, that’s when the extent of damage to get lower extremities can be really seen well. Absolutely horrible.
The drive was probably speeding, cause you don’t put a dent like that to your hood by driving to city limits.
