On January 10th, 2015, in Itaporanga, state of Sao Paulo, Brail, a concert by Brailian singer Gabriel Diniz was stopped after a fatal stabbing occurred. The victim, 23 year old Adriano Bernardino Teixeira aka “Bett Boyy” was stabbed in the neck and quickly bled out right in the venue. The man was already dead well before the paramedics arrived but Diniz had already shut down the concert himself, appalled and shocked by what had happened right in front of him.
The killer was actually apprehended rather quickly and identified as Francimário Raimundo da Silva who is believed to have murdered Adriano over some sort of dispute in relation to drugs. Way to do it in public, asshole. Brazilians don’t give a fuck but I’d imagine that they would, given the horrific conditions of South American prisons. American prisons I could understand. I mean, there was a older man I read about recently who held up a bank for a dollar. One fucking dollar. Just so he could get sent to jail because he couldn’t make ends meet. Ain’t that some shit?
