Crowd Calmly Watches as Criminal Shot in the Chest Takes His Last Breaths

A criminal allegedly tried to rob someone but was shot by Military Police who were nearby. He’s seen lying helplessly on the ground with t-shirt drenched in blood as crowd of onlookers calmly watches him take his last breaths.

Judging by the location of blood stain and his agonal breathing, he was shot in the chest and his lung(s) collapsed. He may even have been shot in the heart, which would explain why he expired so quickly. You can literally see life leaving him with each passing second. The onlookers basically witnessed a man die before their very eyes.

I’m pretty sure this happened in Brazil, but don’t know anything more about the video.
