A group of criminals was caught red handed trying to steal a car. During the ensuing shootout with police, two thieves were severely wounded. The other two suffered only minor injuries and were put under arrest. Those two that were shot look to be in pretty rough shape and nobody seems to be in a hurry to help them.
The incident took place in Mesquita, Fluminense region of Rio de Janeiro. I flipped the screencap on the side cause the video was filmed vertically.
