An alleged rapist from Ibirité, in the greater region of Belo Horizonte, state of Minas Gerais, Brazil was attacked with a machete and brutally cut in the face and back. He had allegedly raped his daughter – not sure how true that is.
The slash to the face is insane, as is the one to the lower back that exposes internal organs. I’m surprised he’s conscious and talking.
