Some kind of criminal got shot and this is what’s left of him. His face is blood stained and he’s not moving. I’d say he’s either dead, or soon to be. Nobody seems in a hurry to help him.
I believe the video is from Brazil. No dog made a visual appearance, but at least one made an audible one. There’s also some weird squealing noise some creature is making. Not sure what that is.
